Addison is 2 1/2 months old!

Oh how time flies!!

Addison is now 2 ½ months old!!  She is growing and changing so fast!  She weighs about 11 lbs.  You would never know she was born 5 weeks early if you saw her now. We had a awesome visit to the island and got to see lots of family and friends.  Addison was great on the plane…she slept almost the whole way.  She did well on the boat too J  The weather was sooo much hotter than we were expecting, but it was nice to be able to be out and about everyday.

Addison is smiling and laughing all the time now.  She also reaches for stuff and can coo a little.  She definitely recognizes voices and turns when she hears one she knows (especially Mommy’s!)  She loves to swing and go out in her stroller.

On Saturday, I took Addison to her first College Football game!  It was a HUGE game between TTU & Texas A&M.  Of course, Tech won!  Addison was great!  I carried her the entire time in her “Snugli” (a front baby carrier). She wore a little Tech cheerleader outfit.  I plan to make her a regular at football and basketball games….what a special treat to share my love of college sports with her from the beginning.

My Mom will be back in Lubbock soon (November 3rd) to help the transition of going back to work.  I’m looking forward to being back in the office – I really love my job, but can’t imagine not being with Addison all day, everyday.

I plan to write a new “Buzz” every month and add pictures as I take them.  Check back often J
